Boom.ink is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal information, and we DO NOT collect or store personal data for AI training. Our AI models are pre-trained and do not learn from user inputs.

• X (Twitter) Public Information: When you connect your X account, we only access publicly available information from your profile
• Account Basics: Email address for account management and support
• Content Inputs: The topics and prompts you provide for content generation (temporarily processed, not stored)
• App Usage: Basic analytics to improve app performance (no personal identifiers)
• Subscription Status: Managed entirely by App Store/Google Play

What We DO NOT Collect:

• Private X (Twitter) messages or non-public posts
• Personal data for AI training (our AI doesn't learn from your data)
• Detailed personal information beyond X account
• Location tracking or precise geolocation
• Contact lists or address books
• Payment card details (handled by App Store/Google Play)

Important: All X account information we access is already public. We do not access or store any private information from your X account.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the minimal information we collect solely to provide and improve our service:

• Generate content based on your prompts using our pre-trained AI models
• Analyze your public X profile to match content style (without storing data)
• Provide customer support when you contact us
• Manage your account and subscription
• Send essential service notifications

What We DO NOT Do:

• Train AI models on your personal data
• Store your content generation history
• Create profiles for advertising
• Sell or share your information with third parties
• Use your data for purposes other than providing the service

Note: Our AI models are pre-trained and do not learn or adapt from user inputs. Each content generation is independent and doesn't affect future generations.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information. The minimal data we collect is used solely for providing our service.

Limited Sharing:

We only share information in these very limited cases:

• App Stores: Apple and Google manage subscriptions (they don't receive your content)
• Legal Requirements: Only if legally required by valid court order
• Safety: To prevent harm or illegal activities

What We Never Share:

• Your content generation prompts or outputs
• Your X account information beyond what's public
• Any data with advertisers or data brokers
• Any information for AI training purposes

4. Data Security

Since we collect minimal data and don't store personal information for AI training, your privacy is protected by design. We still implement security measures for the limited data we do handle:

• Encryption: All data transmission is encrypted with TLS/SSL
• No AI Training Data: We don't store your inputs for model training
• Temporary Processing: Content prompts are processed and immediately discarded

Your X account connection uses OAuth, meaning we never see or store your X password.

We keep minimal data and only for as long as necessary:

• Generated Content: Not stored - generated and delivered immediately
• Content Prompts: Not stored - processed and discarded
• X Profile Data: Not stored - accessed in real-time when needed
• Subscription Info: Managed by App Store/Google Play

Account Deletion:

You can delete your account at any time:

• Email emma@boom.ink to request account deletion
• We'll delete your account within 48 hours
• Once deleted, we retain no information about you

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have complete control over the minimal information we collect:

• Access: Ask what information we have (spoiler: very little)
• Deletion: Delete your account anytime
• Disconnect: Disconnect your X account anytime
• Portability: Export your account data (just your email)

7. Children's Privacy

Boom.ink is not intended for children under 13 years of age (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages.

• We do not target our services to children
• Users must confirm they meet age requirements during registration
• If we discover a child's data was collected, we immediately delete it
• Parents can contact privacy@boom.ink to request deletion of their child's data

8. International Data Transfers

Boom.ink operates globally, and your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own:

• App Store/Google Play: For subscription management

We don't use tracking cookies, analytics services that identify you, or advertising networks.

10. International Users

Since we collect minimal data and don't use it for AI training, users worldwide can feel confident using our service. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations by collecting as little data as possible.

For EU Users: We don't transfer personal data outside the EU because we don't store it.

For California Users: We don't sell your personal information - we barely collect any.

We may update this policy occasionally. If we do:
